You send the export and give us one hour. We rebuild your forms and rosters with you, load your history as a read-only reference, and verify every family and every open balance. Cutover happens when the figures tie.
How the move works

Export
You pull the files from your current platform: members, registrations and payments. On the call we tell you which reports to download.

Map
We match every column in your export to Team Scout: families and households, players, groups, forms and open balances.

Import
We load the organization: a group for each team, the roster, household accounts, next season's forms and your history.

Verify
We check every family and every open balance against your export. If a figure does not tie, we do not cut over.

Families notified
Families get the join link and sign in with a texted code. We give you the announcement to send, and your old platform stays open as the safety net until open invoices finish.

Nobody has to move mid-season. Your old tool keeps running as long as you keep paying for it, so it stays the safety net while families settle in.
