Team Scout has an app for every family, and each family gets an account with a statement. Admins send invoices with a pay link that needs no login. The team talks in groups, not by email blast, and gate tickets and donations run in the same place.
What moves over
- Registrants and rosters. Jersey Watch exports all registrants to a spreadsheet, and the roster imports into Team Scout.
- Uploaded files, which Jersey Watch exports as a zip.
- The website content, rebuilt at yourname.teamscout.co.
- Payment history stays in the program's own Stripe account. Open payment plans cannot be moved, so switch at a season boundary.
Nobody has to move mid-season. Your old tool keeps running as long as you keep paying for it, so it stays the safety net while families settle in.
What your families see in week one
An app instead of emails. There is one family account across every program the organization runs, with invoices they pay from a link.

What it costs
Every price, printed
Team Scout's Team plan is $29 a month billed annually. Card processing is at cost, and the platform fee is 3.9%, with no $1 per transaction.
- CommunityFree
- Groups, messaging, the calendar, rosters, volunteer sign-ups and a website.
- Team$39 a month
- Registration with payment plans, invoices, sponsorships. Plus 3.9% of what you collect.
- Club$105 a month
- Everything in Team at 2.9% of what you collect.
Card processing is passed through at cost. Tickets cost the buyer $1 up to $10, then $1 plus 4%. Donations are free to the program, with an optional tip from the donor.
