Team Scout's group, calendar, roster and volunteer sign-ups are free, and there are no ads at all. A person joins only from the program's link and signs in with a texted code.
What moves over
- The people. Families join from a link posted in the Band.
- The schedule. It comes in from the printed schedule, or it is typed once.
- Band holds no money or registration data, so there is nothing financial to move.
Nobody has to move mid-season. Your old tool keeps running as long as you keep paying for it, so it stays the safety net while families settle in.
What your families see in week one
No ads and no strangers, because only people with the program's link get in. Each team is its own group, so a parent with three kids sees three groups, not one noisy feed.
Day 1
Create the organization and one group per team.
Day 2
Post the join link in the Band.
Days 3 to 6
Post in Team Scout only and link to it from the Band.
Day 7
Close the Band to new posts.

What it costs
Every price, printed
The group, the calendar, the roster and volunteer sign-ups are free. When the program collects fees, sells gate tickets or raises money, that happens in the same app.

- Team$39 a month
- Registration with payment plans, invoices, sponsorships. Plus 3.9% of what you collect.
- Club$105 a month
- Everything in Team at 2.9% of what you collect.
Card processing is passed through at cost. Tickets cost the buyer $1 up to $10, then $1 plus 4%. Donations are free to the program, with an optional tip from the donor.
