Switch to Team Scout / From Arbiter

Keep Arbiter for officials. Run registration and the gate here.

Where a school already runs Arbiter for officials and league scheduling, keep it. Team Scout sits beside it: season fees and summer camps on one form with payment plans, each registration visible as it comes in, and the school's own gate tickets.

What moves over

  • Registration and family communication. Assigning officials stays in Arbiter.
  • Rosters. Arbiter exports reports and rosters to Excel, and that file imports into the Team Scout roster.
  • Past payments are in the school's own PayPal, Stripe or CardPointe account, so there is no balance to move.

Nobody has to move mid-season. Your old tool keeps running as long as you keep paying for it, so it stays the safety net while families settle in.

What your families see in week one

One form for the sport's fee, physical, waiver and documents. They can pay on a plan, and they get a receipt. A refund comes from the admin, not a phone call to the office. They get the team group and a calendar they subscribe to once.

  1. Day 1

Create the organization and connect the school's bank account.

  2. Day 2

Build one sport's form, starting with the next season or a winter camp.

  3. Day 3

    Set up home-game tickets.

  4. Days 4 to 7

Send families the form link and the group link. Arbiter keeps officials and scheduling.
