A printed percentage instead of a fee on every item.
On Team Scout, card processing is passed through at cost and the platform fee is a flat printed percentage: 3.9% on Team, 2.9% on Club, 0% on donations. A registrar can record a cash or check payment, and the family statement shows it.
What moves over
- Members and attendance. Spond exports the member list and attendance history to Excel, and it imports into Team Scout.
- Payments. Spond Club emails a payments export, which we keep with your records.
- Open payment requests and installments stay in Spond until they finish. Pick a cut-over date at the season boundary.
Nobody has to move mid-season. Your old tool keeps running as long as you keep paying for it, so it stays the safety net while families settle in.
What your families see in week one
The same idea, a team app with events and payments, without a fee on each item. Families who pay by cash or check still see it on their statement. Support is a person in Kansas City.

What Team Scout does not do today
- Registration with no monthly charge. Spond's software has none; Team Scout's registration starts on the Team plan at $39 a month.

Ticket fees are paid by the buyer. Donations are 0% to the program. The Team plan is $39 a month plus 3.9% of what you collect.

Card processing is passed through at cost. Tickets cost the buyer $1 up to $10, then $1 plus 4%. Donations are free to the program, with an optional tip from the donor.
