What moves over
- Members. SportsEngine exports member data as a CSV file for anyone with full or HQ tools access, and the roster imports into Team Scout.
- Payment history. The Payments report downloads as a CSV file, and the history is kept for your records.
- Next season's form, rebuilt in Team Scout with payment plans and waivers on one form.
- Open SportsEngine invoices finish where they are. You turn off auto-renewal and let the old account lapse.
Nobody has to move mid-season. Your old tool keeps running as long as you keep paying for it, so it stays the safety net while families settle in.
What your families see in week one
A new registration link for the next season. Sign-in is a texted code, so there is no account or password to recover. Everyone in the household is on one account with one statement, and a schedule change sends every family a push notification while their subscribed calendar updates by itself.

Build next season's form with payment plans and waivers.

What it costs
Every price, printed
Team Scout's Team plan is $39 a month plus 3.9% of what you collect, with card processing at cost and no per-player fee. Team Scout is independent and founder-owned.

- Team$39 a month
- Registration with payment plans, invoices, sponsorships. Plus 3.9% of what you collect.
- Club$105 a month
- Everything in Team at 2.9% of what you collect.
Card processing is passed through at cost. Tickets cost the buyer $1 up to $10, then $1 plus 4%. Donations are free to the program, with an optional tip from the donor.
