What moves over
- Members. SportsEngine exports member data as a CSV file for anyone with full or HQ tools access, and the roster imports into Team Scout.
- Your history comes with you. Give us admin access to your SportsEngine account and we bring every registration, member list and the money history since January 2021 into your admin workspace, kept for three years. Included with Club and League, $250 one time on any other plan, with no yearly charge. Payments brought over from SportsEngine carry no platform fee. The fee applies only to money you collect and record in Team Scout going forward.
- Next season's form, rebuilt in Team Scout with payment plans and waivers on one form.
- Open SportsEngine invoices finish where they are. You turn off auto-renewal and let the old account lapse.

Plans with registration start at $29 a month paid annually plus a small platform fee on what you collect and record.

- Registration with payment plans, invoices, sponsorships. Plus 3.9% of what you collect and record. $39 month to month.
- Club$79 a month, billed yearly
- Everything in Team at 2.9% of what you collect and record. $105 month to month.
- League$179 a month, billed yearly
- Everything in Club at 1.9% of what you collect and record. $239 month to month.
Card and bank processing are passed through at cost. Tickets cost the buyer $1 a ticket, plus 4% of the price above $10. Fundraising is 0%, with an optional tip from the donor.
