There are no ads on any Team Scout plan, including the free one. RSVPs and attendance are free. One organization covers every group in the program, up to 50 groups on the free plan.
What moves over
- The roster. TeamSnap exports a roster CSV at every tier, and club and league accounts export members with registration fields. The file imports into the Team Scout roster.
- Custom fields and photos do not come with a team-level export, so we set those up with you.
- Past payments stay in TeamSnap's records.
Nobody has to move mid-season. Your old tool keeps running as long as you keep paying for it, so it stays the safety net while families settle in.
What your families see in week one
One app for every team in the program, with no ads and no in-app purchase to remove them. RSVPs are free, and coaches post from the phone.

Export the roster CSV and import it. Create one group per team.

Bring the schedule over.

Send the join link.

Run both apps. At the next registration window, open the Team Scout form and let the TeamSnap plan lapse at renewal.

What it costs
Every price, printed
Registration and payments start at $39 a month on the Team plan, with card processing passed through at cost. There is no per-team plan.

- Groups, messaging, the calendar, rosters, volunteer sign-ups and a website.
- Team$39 a month
- Registration with payment plans, invoices, sponsorships. Plus 3.9% of what you collect.
- Club$105 a month
- Everything in Team at 2.9% of what you collect.
Card processing is passed through at cost. Tickets cost the buyer $1 up to $10, then $1 plus 4%. Donations are free to the program, with an optional tip from the donor.
