Team Scout is based in Kansas City. Does that matter for a Charlotte program?
No. Setup happens in the app and on a call, and families join from a link. Peter, the founder, walks new programs through setup live. Use the contact page and say where you are.
What is free?
Groups and messaging, the calendar, rosters, volunteer sign-ups and a public website, up to 50 groups and 2,500 people per organization. Gate tickets are on the free plan at $1 a ticket up to $10, and fundraising has no platform fee.
We already use another tool. Do we have to switch everything at once?
