One simple fee, no contract
When you start collecting money — registrations, dues, sponsorships, merch — plans start at $29 a month billed annually plus a platform fee of 3.9% that drops to 2.9% and 1.9% as you grow. Card processing is passed through at cost. No per-player fees. No contract.

Who uses it?
Christ Prep Academy Football in Lenexa, Kansas, a homeschool program, runs registrations, payment plans, tickets, program ads, sponsorships, volunteers, messaging and its website on Team Scout. Ask for an introduction.
We are all volunteers. How hard is setup?
An evening. Create the org, add groups, invite families with a link. The founder will walk a co-op through it live.
What about children's privacy?
Parents hold the account. Children are added by their parent, contact details are admin-only, and coaches post to groups that parents belong to.
