Each team gets a feed, chat, roster and calendar. Coaches post to their team, the club posts announcements to everyone, and club admins see every group. Free.

When to start: Most clubs hold tryouts in October or November for a season that runs into spring, so registration and payment plans should be live before tryout weekend.

When you start collecting money — registrations, dues, sponsorships, merch — plans start at $29 a month billed annually plus a platform fee of 3.9% that drops to 2.9% and 1.9% as you grow. Card processing is passed through at cost. No per-player fees. No contract.

Does Team Scout handle tournament entries?
No. Entries and results stay with each event's own system. Team Scout runs the club around them: registration, payment plans, groups, the calendar and volunteers.
What happens when a family's payment fails?
The family gets a secure link to add a new card or bank account, with no login needed, and card payments are retried over the following days. The club is alerted and can resend the link from the registration entry.
