What Team Scout gives swim clubs
Team Scout is one account for the whole season: groups and messaging, the calendar, rosters, registration, payments, tickets, volunteers and a public website.
Practice groups
Bronze, silver, gold, senior, masters. Each group has a calendar, attendance and messaging. Coaches post once, families see it in the app and by text.
Season fees with installments
Registration with deposits and monthly installments, card or bank, automatic reminders, family balances. Meet fees and camps on the same account.
Meet volunteers
Timers, officials, hospitality, setup. Sign-up sheets with reminders and a printable coverage sheet for every session.
Fundraising and sponsors
Swim-a-thon and donation pages with no platform fee, sponsorships sold from the same place, every dollar by category.
Free, and stays free
What a claimed program gets
- Groups and messaging by practice group, parents and coaches
- Calendar, practice schedule and attendance
- Rosters and meet volunteer sign-ups
