One simple fee, no contract
When you start collecting money — registrations, dues, sponsorships, merch — plans start at $29 a month billed annually plus a platform fee of 3.9% that drops to 2.9% and 1.9% as you grow. Card processing is passed through at cost. No per-player fees. No contract.

Does Team Scout do meet entries and times?
No. Team Scout runs the club: registration, groups, calendar, messaging, volunteers, money. Meet entries and results stay in the meet software you use today.
Can we move mid-season?
Start free with groups and the calendar, and move registration at the next season opening. Most clubs run both for a few weeks.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly or annual billing, cancel any time. The free plan stays free.
