When you collect money
One simple fee, no contract
When you collect registrations and dues, or sell ads and sponsorships, plans start at $29 a month billed annually plus a platform fee of 3.9% that drops to 2.9% and 1.9% as you grow. Card processing is passed through at cost. No per-player fees. No contract.

Does Team Scout do meet entries and times?
No. Team Scout runs the club: registration, groups, calendar, messaging, volunteers, money. Meet entries and results stay in the meet software you use today.
Can we move mid-season?
Yes. It is easy to move any time of the year: start, middle or end of season. Groups and the calendar start right away, your next registration opens on Team Scout, and open invoices on the old tool finish where they are.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly or annual billing, cancel any time. The Community plan is $0.
