What Team Scout gives ski clubs
Team Scout is one account for the whole season: groups and messaging, the calendar, rosters, registration, payments, tickets, volunteers and a public website.
A group for every training group
U10, U12, U14, U16, masters, parents, coaches. Each group has its own feed, calendar and roster. Post the race-day schedule as an announcement and every family in the group gets a notification. Free.
Program fees in installments
One registration form carries the program fee, the payment plan, signed waivers and the fields you need, such as the athlete's U.S. Ski and Snowboard number. Installments charge on their dates, by card or bank, with reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before each charge. An early-bird price and a late fee switch on the dates you set, and sibling discounts apply on their own.
A calendar that moves with the weather
Dryland through the fall, on-snow sessions from the first week of December. Move a session, tick Notify members, and the families in that group hear about it. Families can subscribe to the group calendar on their own phones. Attendance by session tells coaches who is on the hill.
Race-day volunteers with credits
Post gate judges, course crew, start and finish once. Families claim shifts from their phones, get a reminder 24 hours before and swap instead of dropping out. Each shift earns credits toward the family's requirement, and a family that can't work pays the club's buyout at checkout.
Free, and stays free

When you collect money
One simple fee, no contract
When you start collecting money — registrations, dues, sponsorships, merch — plans start at $29 a month billed annually plus a platform fee of 3.9% that drops to 2.9% and 1.9% as you grow. Card processing is passed through at cost. No per-player fees. No contract.
