When you collect money
One simple fee, no contract
When you start collecting money — registrations, dues, sponsorships, merch — plans start at $29 a month billed annually plus a platform fee of 3.9% that drops to 2.9% and 1.9% as you grow. Card processing is passed through at cost. No per-player fees. No contract.

The founder's family is in the Twin Cities and he is in town regularly. Programs in the metro can get a live walkthrough over video the same week, and an in-person setup on his next trip.

Does Team Scout handle a large association with many teams?
The free plan allows 50 groups and 2,500 people per organization. Larger associations use the Club or League plan, which lowers the platform fee and includes every module.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly or annual billing, cancel any time. The free plan stays free.
