Post every race's shifts once
Gate judges, course crew, start, finish, timing helpers, the hospitality table. Each shift has a time, a place and the credits it earns. Families claim a slot from their phones.
Reminders and swaps
Volunteers get a reminder 24 hours before a shift. A family that can't make it posts the shift for a swap or gives it back, so the gap shows up days before, not on race morning.
Credits toward each family's requirement
Set how many credits each family owes for the season. Every completed shift counts toward it, and each family sees its progress on its phone.
A buyout for families who can't work
Families who can't volunteer pay the club's buyout through checkout, for all of their credits or part of them. The race chair prints the roster for every shift.
When to start: Post the first race weekend's shifts in October, while families are signing up, so the requirement is set before the first snow.

One simple fee, no contract
When you start collecting money — registrations, dues, sponsorships, merch — plans start at $29 a month billed annually plus a platform fee of 3.9% that drops to 2.9% and 1.9% as you grow. Card processing is passed through at cost. No per-player fees. No contract.

Does this replace our division's race registration or volunteer sign-up?
No. Race entries and any division-wide sign-up stay where they are. Team Scout carries the club's own shifts and each family's credits.
What does a family see?
Its upcoming shifts, a button to request a swap or give a shift back, and how many credits it has earned toward the season.
