Volunteer credits with buyouts
Set how many credits each family owes and what each shift is worth, then track earned against required on one dashboard. End-of-season reports show participation, buyout fees collected and which families fell short.
Season fees in installments
Installments monthly, every two weeks or on dates you set. Cards on file are charged on schedule, families get reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before each charge, and the financial dashboard lists every past-due account.
A group per team, one voice for the board
Every team has a feed, chat and calendar. The board posts to an all-association group and marks it as an announcement, so every member gets the notification. Free.
When to start: Associations open registration in spring and summer, hold tryouts in late summer and start in the fall, so the fee schedule and volunteer requirements should be set before registration opens.

When you collect money
One simple fee, no contract
When you start collecting money — registrations, dues, sponsorships, merch — plans start at $29 a month billed annually plus a platform fee of 3.9% that drops to 2.9% and 1.9% as you grow. Card processing is passed through at cost. No per-player fees. No contract.

We are on SportsEngine. Do we switch mid-season?
No. Start free with groups and the calendar alongside what you have, and move registration when the next season opens. The switching guide is at /from-sportsengine.
Does Team Scout schedule ice?
No. Ice contracts and game scheduling stay where they are. Practices and games go on the Team Scout calendar so every family sees them.
Does a large association fit?
The free plan allows 50 groups, 500 people per group and 2,500 people per organization. Larger associations use the Club or League plan, which lowers the platform fee.
