Built on a football program. Ready for your league.
Team Scout was built on a homeschool football program that runs registration, equipment day, gate tickets, program ads and volunteers on it every season. A youth league has the same jobs at a larger scale: a registrar, a treasurer, an equipment manager and a team parent for every roster.
Sound familiar?
Physicals, birth certificates and waivers arrive by email, by text photo and on paper, and nobody knows who is cleared.
Equipment day is a clipboard, a tote of helmets and a list that does not match the roster.
The gate is a cash box and a roll of tickets, and the headcount is a guess.
What Team Scout does about it
Registration that clears players
One form takes the fee, the waivers and the documents. Parents upload the physical and birth certificate from their phone. You see which documents are missing, send reminders, and mark each player cleared to play.
Equipment day with a checklist
Define the gear you issue, check it out to each player with sizes or serial numbers, see what is out, and check it back in at the end of the season.
A gate that counts
Tickets sold online and at the gate on a card reader, scanned on volunteers' phones. Gate attendants open the Door screen and nothing else. Season passes count per game.
When to start: Most fall leagues open registration in the spring and hand out equipment in July or August, so the form, the document list and the equipment items should be built before registration opens.
