A group for the little kids, youth, middle school and the high school room, each with its own feed, chat, roster and calendar. When the Saturday schedule changes, every family gets a notification. Free.
Registration with waivers and payment plans
One form takes the wrestler's details, signed waivers, uploaded documents and the fee. Families pay in full or in installments on dates you set, with reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before each charge. The money goes straight to the club's bank account.
Home tournament volunteers and gate
Post table, runner and concession shifts once. Families claim a slot from their phone and swap instead of dropping it. Sell admission online, scan tickets on volunteers' phones and take walk-ups on a card reader.
When to start: Most youth folkstyle clubs open registration in the fall for a season that runs into March, so a form built in August is ready before the first practice.

Does Team Scout run brackets or weigh-in records?
No. Team Scout runs the club: registration, groups, calendar, messaging, volunteers, tickets and money. Brackets and results stay in the tournament software you use today.
Can a family pay the season fee over a few months?
Yes. Installment plans are part of registration on the paid plans. The card on file is charged on each scheduled date, and the family gets a reminder 7, 3 and 1 day before each charge.
