Fundraising at 0%
Fundraisers cost the team nothing, and donors can add an optional tip. Money a player raises can become credit on that family's fee, applied at checkout.
When to start: Most travel programs hold tryouts in late summer or fall for the next spring and summer, so the team fee and its payment plan should be ready on tryout day.

One simple fee, no contract
When you start collecting money — registrations, dues, sponsorships, merch — plans start at $29 a month billed annually plus a platform fee of 3.9% that drops to 2.9% and 1.9% as you grow. Card processing is passed through at cost. No per-player fees. No contract.

Can an organization run several age-group teams?
Yes. One organization, a group per team. The free plan allows 50 groups and 2,500 people per organization.
Does Team Scout keep stats or run tournament brackets?
No. Stats and brackets stay where they are today. Team Scout runs the team around them: fees, calendar, groups, volunteers and fundraising.
