Scorekeeper, field setup and concession shifts with reminders and swaps. Fundraisers cost the club nothing, and donors can add an optional tip.
When to start: Spring clubs usually open registration between November and January with tryouts ahead of a March start, so the form should be built before the holidays.

Yes. Tryout and Season registration are separate templates, so the tryout form runs first and season registration opens once teams are set.
Is there a contract?
