When you start collecting money — registrations, dues, sponsorships, merch — plans start at $29 a month billed annually plus a platform fee of 3.9% that drops to 2.9% and 1.9% as you grow. Card processing is passed through at cost. No per-player fees. No contract.

Does Team Scout run tournament brackets or scheduling?
No. Brackets and event scheduling stay with the tournament. Team Scout runs the program around them: fees, groups, the calendar, volunteers and fundraising.
Can parents pay by check?
Yes. At checkout a family can choose cash or check, and the registration shows Awaiting check until an admin records the amount, date and check number.
