One simple fee, no contract
When you start collecting money — registrations, dues, sponsorships, merch — plans start at $29 a month billed annually plus a platform fee of 3.9% that drops to 2.9% and 1.9% as you grow. Card processing is passed through at cost. No per-player fees. No contract.

What does ticketing cost?
Free tickets are free. Paid tickets carry a small per-ticket service fee that the buyer sees at checkout, and card processing is passed through at cost. There is no platform fee on ticket revenue. Details are on the pricing page.
Can we sell at the door?
Yes. A card reader pairs with the app for walk-up sales, and the same phone scans tickets bought online.
We have a board, a director and volunteers. Who gets access to what?
Roles are set per person: owner, admin, group manager, member. A box-office volunteer can scan and sell without seeing the books.
