Team Scout gives the league a public website, a group for every member, and tickets and sponsorships for the events it runs.

Ticket types with capacity and a sales window, QR scanning at every gate, walk-ups on a card reader, and league sponsorships sold from a shareable buyer link.
When to start: Leagues publish schedules months before the season and sell championship tickets in its final weeks, so the website and member groups belong in place before the schedule goes out.

When you collect money
One simple fee, no contract
When you start collecting money — registrations, dues, sponsorships, merch — plans start at $29 a month billed annually plus a platform fee of 3.9% that drops to 2.9% and 1.9% as you grow. Card processing is passed through at cost. No per-player fees. No contract.

Does Team Scout do standings or officials' assignments?
No. Team Scout runs the league office around them: groups, the calendar, the website, tickets, sponsorships and fundraising.
What does a large league pay?
Groups, the calendar, the website and fundraising are free. When the league collects money, the League plan carries the lowest platform fee, 1.9%, and custom rates are available when the volume calls for it.
