One message reaches every group
Post once to U12, U14 and the Thanksgiving camp. It stays one post, so a family with two racers sees it once, with a notification on their phones.
Coaches, families and the board in one app
Ski and snowboard clubs
Every racer’s groups, camps, volunteer shifts and registration, for alpine, freestyle, snowboard and nordic programs. Free to start.
Every program
Each team and camp gets its own group. A family sees every group their racers are in, together in one feed.
Slalom, giant slalom, super-G and downhill, from U10 to FIS.
Moguls and aerials.
Slopestyle, halfpipe and big air.
Slopestyle, halfpipe, snowboardcross and alpine snowboard.
Cross country, classic and skate.
Freeride teams and big mountain comps.
What your club gets
Post once to U12, U14 and the Thanksgiving camp. It stays one post, so a family with two racers sees it once, with a notification on their phones.
Coaches, families and the board in one app
Families pick shifts and swap with each other on their phones. Credits pool across the household, a family can pay instead, and you see who is short.
Race days, the ski swap and the fundraiser
When a family registers and pays, each racer joins the groups you linked to the form. Payment plans charge on schedule, and the money goes to your club’s own Stripe account.
Season teams, camps and clinics
Races, camps, dryland and deadlines in one schedule. Families add it once to Google, Apple or Outlook, and a changed start time shows up there.
What it costs
Your club website, groups, messages, the calendar, volunteers, fundraising and Ask Scout, the AI assistant, are free on every plan. You pay when the club collects money through Team Scout.
Card processing passes through at Stripe’s rate, and families can cover the fees at checkout. The plan price and fee you start on are yours for 24 months. See every plan
Download the Team Scout app, sign in with your phone number, and enter the code your club sent you. A link from your club opens the app too.
